The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS) is pleased to notify all job applicants who participated in interviews for various positions conducted, that the list of successful candidates has now been released.
This announcement includes individuals who were shortlisted through the official interviews as well as some candidates from the PSRS recruitment database (kanzidata), who have now been matched with available job positions following the emergence of new vacancies.
š„ How to Access Your Job Placement Letter:
All candidates who have successfully passed the interviews and have been assigned job locations are required to:

Log into their Ajira Portal accounts

Navigate to the "My Applications" section

Download and print their official job placement letters
These letters contain the details of their assigned duty stations and instructions for reporting.
šļø Reporting Requirements:
Successful candidates must report to their respective employers within the specified timeframes indicated in their appointment letters. When reporting, they must bring the following:

Original academic certificates, starting from Ordinary Level (Form IV) and above

Any other documents as may be required by the employer
These documents will be verified before the candidate receives their official employment confirmation letter.

If your name does not appear on the published list, it means:

You were not selected, or

You did not pass the interview process
However, you are encouraged to apply again when new job opportunities are announced in the future.
